私は行列、固有行列、ネットワークグラフを使ったデータ可視化を研究しており、ネットワークグラフで1D ECG信号を可視化しようとしています。現在のツールはggnet2不十分かもしれませんが、インストールできないため、plotly基本的なテストを完了できませんでした。plotly陰謀的なRプロンプトでrootとしてinstall.packages(plotly)ログインしたのですが、

httrによって異なりますオープンSSLそしてカールパッケージ。opensslパッケージにはシステム要件としてlibssl-dev

パッケージcurlにはシステム要件として以下が必要ですlibcurl4-openssl-dev:

 * deb: libcurl4-openssl-dev (Debian, Ubuntu, etc)
...

したがって、インストールするには以下を実行する必要があります:

sudo apt-get install libssl-dev libcurl4-openssl-dev

その後はinstall.packages("plotly")動作するはずです。
