rsyslog がプログラムからのメッセージをログに記録しない

Question

Ubuntu 15.04 でデーモン (の始まり) を書き込もうとしていますが、何らかの理由で rsyslog がログに記録されたステートメントの出力を拒否しています。複数のローカリティ (LOG_LOCAL1、LOG_LOCAL0、LOG_SYSLOG、LOG_DAEMON) を試し、rsyslog サービスを再起動し、Arch Linux VM でコードをテストしました (正常に動作します)。

何が足りないのでしょうか?

この行はsetlogmask(LOG_UPTO(LOG_CRIT))ログメッセージを破棄します

syslog(LOG_INFO, "floded entered");

の優先度はLOG_INFOの優先度よりも低いですLOG_CRIT。したがって
