Einmal funktionierende WLAN-Karte ist komplett verschwunden

Ich verwende Ubuntu jetzt seit über einem Jahr auf meinem Macbook Pro von Mitte 2010. Ich habe erfolgreich proprietäre Treiber für ein drahtloses Broadcom-Gerät installiert und hatte nie Probleme mit WLAN.

Nach dem Upgrade auf 18.04 funktionierte das WLAN einwandfrei. Dann, eines Tages, funktionierte es einfach nicht mehr.

Dies ist eine interne Broadcom-WLAN-Karte.

Nach einem ganzen Tag der Fehlersuche habe ich beschlossen, meinen Computer zu löschen und 16.04 zu installieren, da ich vorher keine Probleme hatte. Überraschenderweise hat das das Problem nicht behoben. Habe seitdem wieder auf 18.04 aktualisiert.

Ich teste gerne die Möglichkeit eines Hardwarefehlers, wenn ein Gerät, das vorher immer einwandfrei funktioniert hat, plötzlich nicht mehr funktioniert. Wenn meine Maus oder Tastatur nicht funktioniert, versuche ich normalerweise, sie an einen anderen Computer anzuschließen. Wenn ein Hardwaregerät, das ich nicht an einen anderen Computer anschließen kann, wie z. B. ein WLAN-Adapter, nicht funktioniert, versuche ich, eine Live-Sitzung mit einem Ubuntu Live-USB zu starten. Ich mache auch ein Foto vom Bildschirm mit den Startmeldungen und studiere es, um zu sehen, ob ich dort etwas Interessantes über ein mögliches Hardwareproblem finden kann. Wenn es ein Hardwareproblem mit dem RAM-Stick gibt, wird es beim Booten des Computers fast immer auf dem Bildschirm angezeigt.
