Ich versuche, R auf meinem Ubuntu 20.04 zu aktualisieren (neu aktualisiert von 16.04).
Also lösche ich die vorherige Version von R durch:
sudo apt-get purge r-base* r-recommended r-cran-*
sudo apt autoremove
Anschließend aktualisiere ich meine /etc/apt/sources.list, indem ich das gute Repository hinzufüge
deb https://cloud.r-project.org/bin/linux/ubuntu focal-cran40/
Und der richtige Schlüssel:
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys E298A3A825C0D65DFD57CBB651716619E084DAB9
Beim Aktualisieren der Quellenliste wird jedoch eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt:
sudo apt-get update

Bei der Arbeit bin ich hinter einem Proxy. Die Proxy-Parameter werden also in den Netzwerkparametern in den Systemparametern, aber auch für apt angegeben. (80proxy-Datei in /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/)
Mit dieser Konfiguration ist nur der R 3.6 zugänglich:

Ich habe einen Laptop, auf dem auch Ubuntu 20.04 aktualisiert ist, und die gleiche Quellenliste, und ich erhalte keine Fehler aus dem Heimnetzwerk.
Ich vermute, dass der Fehler an den Proxy-Parametern liegt, bin mir aber nicht sicher. Könnten Sie helfen, die letzte Version von R erfolgreich zu konfigurieren und zu installieren?

Also versuche ich, das „s“ in der Adresse von https_proxy zu löschen und … es FUNKTIONIERT!!!
Darüber hinaus befinden sich die einzigen Proxy-Parameter, die im Befehl apt-get update berücksichtigt werden, in der Datei /etc/apt/apt.conf.

Diese Lösung funktioniert auch mit den anfänglichen Proxy-Parametern.
