Wenn ich Thunderbirdmit beginne terminalund dann eine beliebige E-Mail-Nachricht zum Lesen auswähle, wird mir der folgende Fehler angezeigt ...

Google gibt keinen wirklichen Hinweis darauf, was ein „IPDL-Protokollfehler“ ist.
Zur Fehlerbehebung habe ich mich bei einem separaten Ubuntu-Konto angemeldet, das Thunderbirdnoch nie verwendet wurde. Ich habe Thunderbirddamit begonnen terminalund ein E-Mail-Konto mit einem meiner Google Gmail-Konten erstellt. Ich habe eine beliebige Nachricht gelesen und hatte das gleiche Problem. Es handelt sich also nicht um ein kontospezifisches Problem.
