Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS wird sehr langsam heruntergeladen

ich habe Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS Jammy und verwende eine kabelgebundene Internetverbindung. Mein Problem ist, dass der Download zu langsam ist und eine sehr langsame Downloadgeschwindigkeit hat. Meine Internetverbindung ist in Ordnung und funktioniert perfekt mit der Geschwindigkeit zu anderen Geräten im Netzwerk. Wenn ich beispielsweise eine 2 GB große Datei auf meinen Computer herunterladen möchte, brauche ich dafür 4 Stunden, auf anderen Geräten jedoch 7 Minuten. Ich habe vieles ausprobiert, aber ohne Erfolg. Irgendeine Idee, wie ich das Problem beheben kann?
