Ich habe vor Kurzem (mit der Option zum Formatieren der Festplatte) ein sauberes Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS installiert. (alles neu und schick, kein Müll/benutzerdefiniertes Setup jeglicher Art außer VS, Unity und anderen sofort einsatzbereiten Sachen)

Mit Ultracopier 2.2.4.7 habe ich 500 GB an Dateien von einem externen USB-NTFS-Laufwerk auf eine andere externe Festplatte (des gleichen Modells) kopiert.

Irgendwann beginnt das Kopieren zu scheitern. Ich stelle fest, dass das Ziellaufwerk nicht mehr gemountet ist. Wenn ich eine kleinere Kopie erstelle, also weniger Dateien pro Kopie, funktioniert es irgendwie besser. Bis ich das Ziellaufwerk nicht mehr mounten konnte (Fehler „(udisk-error-quark, 0)“). Mit „disk“ „repariere ich das Dateisystem“ der Partition, was das Problem mit dem Mounten des Dateisystems zu lösen scheint.

Aber jetzt stelle ich fest, dass sich das Ziellaufwerk (Joshua4TB) bei wichtigen Dateivorgängen selbst aushängt und wieder einhängt. Beispielsweise werden die Eigenschaften eines Ordners mit ca. 33.000 Dateien angezeigt.

Unter Ubuntu 16 hatte ich dieses Problem nicht. Beachten Sie, dass auch die Zielfestplatte völlig neu ist.

Beim Verwenden der Datenträger-Option „Dateisystem prüfen“ wird kein Fehler gefunden, und die erneute Ausführung von „Dateisystem reparieren“ führt zum Erfolg. (Mir ist jedoch nicht klar, ob tatsächlich etwas behoben wurde.)

Wie kann ich das Laufwerk reparieren? Was ist das Problem?

also ... ich hatte mindestens ein Problem, vielleicht zwei. Beides Hardware.

Dieselbe Festplatte funktioniert auf einem anderen Computer einwandfrei.

  1. meine SSD-Festplatte mit über 5 Jahren Betriebssystem hatte ein Problem. Ein Scan der Festplatte hat geholfen, das Problem aber nicht gelöst. Tatsächlich hat sie vor Kurzem ganz aufgehört zu booten ...

  2. Ich vermute, dass auch der USB-Controller nicht richtig funktioniert hat. Aber mein *nix-fu ist zu schwach, um das wirklich mit Sicherheit zu diagnostizieren.
