Ubuntu 12.04 – LG FlatronLED E1941 – Problem mit der Bildschirmauflösung

Vielen Dank für Ihre Zeit. Ich habe von 11.10 auf Ubuntu 12.04 aktualisiert. Meine Bildschirmauflösung ist bei 1366 x 786 hängen geblieben. Ich habe versucht, mit dem Befehl xrandr eine höhere Auflösung einzustellen, wie erklärtHieraber es funktioniert nicht.

Meinvorherige Fragezu 11.10 ist lange Zeit unbeantwortet geblieben und da dies für 12.04 ist, habe ich diese neue Frage in der Erwartung erstellt, dass das Problem in dieser LTS-Version behoben werden könnte.

Die Befehlsausgabe xrandrlautet wie folgt: -

PS: Interessant ist, dass WinXP auf derselben Maschine den Modus bis zu 1600 x 1200 anzeigen kann.

Tatsächlich beträgt die physikalische Auflösung Ihres Monitors 1366 x 768, der allererste Link in Google beweist dies:http://budgetcomputer.co.nz/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=396

Bei LCD-Monitoren macht es absolut keinen Sinn, die Auflösung über den physikalischen Wert einzustellen. Was auch immer Win XP „sieht“, ist ein Fehler – tatsächlich wurde WinXP entwickelt, bevor LCD-Monitore zum Mainstream wurden.
