Ich habe versehentlich den Kernel gelöscht, den ich verwendet habe ( linux-image-3.5.0-27-generic
), und nach dem Neustart des Systems bootete es nicht mehr. Glücklicherweise habe ich noch einige der alten Kernel ( linux-image-3.5.0-26-generic
) vorhanden und kann von ihnen booten.
Also habe ich ein wenig darüber gelesen und die neu installiert linux-image-generic
, linux-image-extra-3.5.0-27-generic
und linux-image-3.5.0-27-generic
und schließlich Grub mit aktualisiert sudo update-grub
. Alles scheint richtig gemacht zu sein und meine Grub-Menüliste sieht so aus

Aber wenn ich den Computer neu starte, sieht das Grub-Menü wie das alte aus, d. h. die vorherigen Versionen, die ich gelöscht habe, sind noch aufgeführt, und auch wenn ich versuche, den neuesten Kernel ( 3.5.0.27
) zu starten, bleibt es stehen und startet nie wieder.
Habe ich etwas falsch gemacht oder gibt es noch weitere Dinge, die ich tun muss?

Ich habe Grub neu installiert und aktualisiert und das Problem ist behoben!
sudo apt-get --reinstall install grub2
sudo update-grub
