(13.04) PowerTOP meldet hohe Auslastung durch USB2.0-CRW, aber Autosuspend ist eingeschaltet

Question

Früher konnte ich meinen Stromverbrauch unter 10 Watt halten, wenn ich kein WLAN eingeschaltet hatte, aber jetzt passiert das nur noch selten. Ein Grund dafür könnte dieser sein, der von PowerTOP ständig gemeldet wird:

Dies ist besonders merkwürdig, da diese Einstellung in Tunables (über TLP) aktiviert ist:

   Good          Autosuspend for USB device USB2.0-CRW [Generic]

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, a) genau festzustellen, um welches Gerät/welchen Treiber es sich handelt und b) es beim Start dauerhaft zu deaktivieren, um sicherzustellen, dass es keinen Strom verbraucht?
