Ich versuche, Numpy zu installieren, aber die Installation schlägt aus irgendeinem Grund immer wieder fehl.
Eigentlich brauche ich Pythonsnicht lernen, aber Numpy (und Scipy) sind Abhängigkeiten.

aber ich weiß es nicht. Wenn ich versuche, python-dev zu installieren, heißt es:

Mit Pip kann nur die alte Version installiert werden. Möglicherweise möchten Sie die neueste Version mit Git installieren.
Die Kurzfassung lautet:
