„stricted/source/Sources“ fehlt tatsächlich auf der Serverseite. Versuchen Sie Folgendes (verwenden Sie stattdessen „sources.gz“):
sudo apt-get -o Acquire::CompressionTypes::Order::=gz update
Wenn das Problem dadurch behoben wird, ändern Sie apt.conf und fügen Sie die Zeile hinzu bzw. ändern Sie sie.
