Bluetooth funktioniert nicht unter Ubuntu 18.04 (Dell Inspirion 11 3148)

Ich habe vor Kurzem einen Dual-Boot mit Windows 10 und Ubuntu 18.04 durchgeführt, aber ich habe Probleme damit, dass Bluetooth keine Geräte erkennt. Es sucht einfach weiter nach Geräten. Allerdings ist das Bluetooth auf anderen Geräten sichtbar.

Ich habe so ziemlich alles ausprobiert, was ich gefunden habe. Ich habe Folgendes ausprobiert:

  1. Ubuntu 18.04 LTS Bluetooth [0cf3:3004] Erkennung funktioniert nicht

Ich bin neu bei Linux und versuche daher, auf alle Befehle, die Sie vorschlagen, etwas näher einzugehen.
