Der Computer neigt bei der Verwendung von Flash-basierten Apps zu BSOD-Abstürzen (in jedem Browser)?

Vor etwa einem Monat begann mein Computer abzustürzen, zuerst nur ab und zu, dann kam es ungefähr fünfmal am Tag vor. Normalerweise stürzt er ab, wenn ich auf Flash-basierte Spiele und Videos zugreife, aber es passiert auch zufällig, d. h. es besteht kein sinnvoller Zusammenhang zwischen dem, was ich gerade tue, und den Abstürzen. Es war sehr seltsam, dass ich in Chrome keine Facebook-Spiele spielen oder auf Hulu zugreifen konnte, in Firefox jedoch schon, aber Firefox stürzte auch beim Zugriff auf verschiedene Flash-Spiele ab.

Ich habe versucht, meine Webbrowser neu zu installieren, die „Hardwarebeschleunigung“ zu deaktivieren und das alte Flash-Plugin (10) zu verwenden. Aber nichts hat funktioniert, die Abstürze blieben bestehen. Ich habe es so ziemlich aufgegeben, alle Partitionen gelöscht und eine saubere Version von Windows neu installiert. (Das war, glaube ich, letzten Sonntagabend.) Anfangs funktionierte alles perfekt, ich konnte in jedem Browser ohne Probleme auf Flash-Inhalte zugreifen. Dann, heute, Donnerstagmorgen, habe ich versucht, über Facebook ein Musikvideo auf YouTube anzusehen, und es ist abgestürzt, d. h. der Bildschirm verzerrt sich in eine ganze Reihe von Linien, dann muss es neu gestartet werden. Ich habe den Computer mit Windows hochfahren lassen und bekam die folgende Meldung:

Ich habe WinDbg heruntergeladen und versucht, auf die oben aufgeführten Dateien zuzugreifen, aber ich erhielt immer wieder die Fehlermeldung, dass der Debugger die falschen Symbole oder so etwas verwendet. Beim zweiten Debugger wurden mir ständig Zugriffsfehler angezeigt und ich konnte mich nicht erinnern, wie ich versteckte Betriebssystemdateien anzeigen kann.

Als nächstes habe ich Folgendes ausgeführt:

sfc /scannow

Die Antwort lautete: „Der Windows-Ressourcenschutz hat keine Integritätsverletzungen festgestellt.“

Ich habe Memtest86+ auf einem Flash-Laufwerk installiert und beabsichtige, es auszuführen, wenn ich ins Bett gehe und in der Schule bin, wollte aber wissen, was andere davon halten, bevor ich 10 Stunden oder so damit verschwende, 8 GB RAM oder was auch immer gründlich zu scannen?

Ich vermute, dass es vielleicht ein Windows-Update ist, das irgendwo Konflikte verursacht? Es scheint seltsam, dass es an der Hardware liegt, ich meine, es hat ein paar Tage lang funktioniert, dann wurde etwas ohne mein genaues Wissen installiert und die Abstürze begannen wieder zufällig? Vielleicht installiere ich einfach einen Dual-Boot von Linux und schaue, ob das Fehler verursacht. Es ist nur so, dass meine Hausaufgaben Visual Studio, Microsoft Office und verschiedene andere Programme erfordern, die nur unter Windows verfügbar sind, und ich hasse Wine, also brauche ich wirklich mein blödes Windows ... Die gute Nachricht ist, dass ich Skyrim mit den höchsten Einstellungen ausführen kann und es ist nie abgestürzt, so ziemlich nur, wenn ich meinen Webbrowser verwende?! Wie auch immer, wenn Sie eine Idee haben, was die Ursache dafür ist und was ich tun sollte, um dieses Problem ein für alle Mal zu beheben, wäre ich Ihnen ewig dankbar! Danke!

Update: Habe „Who Crashed“ ausgeführt und folgende Ergebnisse erhalten … Angeblich ist es hardwarebasiert, aber es passiert nur beim Zugriff auf Flash, also bin ich skeptisch? Habe außerdem einige scheinbar nutzlose Daten gelöscht, weil ich die Zeichenanzahl überschritten habe.

Das klingt wirklich nach einem Hardwareproblem. Es könnte ein Fehler in Ihrem BIOS, Grafiktreiber oder sogar SATA/RAID-Treiber für Ihr Motherboard sein, der durch einen Aufruf von Flash ausgelöst wird, bei Skyrim aber anscheinend nicht.

Wie sind Ihre Systemanforderungen? Ich gehe davon aus, dass Sie die neueste Version Ihres BIOS, Ihres Grafiktreibers und aller anderen Hardware auf Ihrem System haben.

Sie sollten auf jeden Fall Memtest ausführen, da RAM bei der Fehlerbehebung solcher Probleme der beste Ausgangspunkt ist.
