Habe sowohl cmd.exe, conemu als auch git-bash ausprobiert, aber das Problem ist dasselbe. Keine Netzwerkprobleme bei Verwendung anderer Apps wie Chrome.
Ich habe mehrere Virenscanner ausgeführt, daher glaube ich nicht, dass es daran liegt.
