Funktioniert im /etc/tgt/targets.confWildcard-Feld ( 172.16.2.*) nicht mit der Initiatoradresse. Ich bereite mich auf die Prüfung zum Red Hat High Availability Clustering (EX436) vor.

Im Schülerarbeitsbuch steht:

Mit tgtadmdem Befehl dürfen Sie in einer --initiator-addressOption Platzhalter wie 172.16.X.* verwenden, wenn Sie möchten.

Diese Konfiguration targets.conffunktioniert jedoch nicht mit einem Platzhalter:

# cat /etc/redhat-release

Wenn ich aber in initiator-addressdie IP-Adresse des Initiators ( 172.16.2.10) einstelle targets.conf, funktioniert alles wie erwartet:
