Ich habe vor Kurzem meinen Haupt-Hyper-V-Server zusammen mit den anderen beiden Servern neu aufgebaut und da in meinem gesamten Netzwerk immer noch Windows 7 läuft, habe ich beschlossen, 2012 R2 durch 2008 R2 zu ersetzen. Jetzt funktionieren meine beiden sekundären Server einwandfrei.
Das Problem liegt im Hauptproblem. Hyper-V initialisiert keine VM. Um sicherzugehen, dass ich das BIOS nicht durcheinander gebracht habe, habe ich Hyper-V deinstalliert und VMWare Workstation installiert. Es hat kein Problem mit VMs. Ich möchte VMWare allerdings wirklich nicht verwenden müssen, da alle meine VMs bereits im Hyper-V-Format vorliegen und ich ehrlich gesagt Hyper-V gegenüber VMware viel lieber habe.
Zur Referenz: Die Maschine ist sauber installiert und beide VMs sind frisch. Ich habe auch mein Installationsmedium überprüft und bestätigt, dass es gut ist.

Nach langem Herumprobieren habe ich versehentlich einen Chkdsk-Test gestartet, der mir zeigte, dass ich auf meiner Festplatte ziemlich viele fehlerhafte Sektoren hatte. Ich habe mir eine neue gekauft und sie hat problemlos funktioniert.
