Ich kann über eine Kabelverbindung auf meinem Laptop nicht auf mehrere Websites zugreifen. Ich verwende GTPL(ISP)-Breitband. Eine davon ist quora.com. Wenn ich versuche, auf Quora zuzugreifen, erhalte ich folgende Meldung:
