Sie konnten Docker deshalb nicht starten. Beim Ausführen in Chroot wird das System nicht vollständig gebootet. Der Prozess, der die Dienste verwaltet, wird nicht ausgeführt, daher systemctlignoriert der Befehl Ihre Startanforderungen.
Ich würde empfehlen, dass Sie den Docker-Daemon direkt starten: dockerd [arguments]. Sie können auch einen Prozessmanager wie verwenden supervisord.
