Microsoft Word: Textfarbpalette ergibt GRAU-Töne (Windows 10)

Ich habe ein Softwareproblem bei der Verwendung von Windows 10 und Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 (64 Bit).

In Microsoft WordTEXTFARBPALETTEfunktioniert nicht richtig (im Menüband, Registerkarte „Start“):

Wenn ich das Textfarbmenü aufklappe, erhalte ich eine Textfarbpalette (10 Spalten x 6 Farben = 60 Farben) sowie (unter der Palette) eine Reihe mit 10 Regenbogenfarben.

  • Wenn ich Text auswähle und eine Farbe aus demTEXTFARBPALETTE, dann ergibt jede FarbeGrautöne(Schwarz/Weiß-Ton),NICHT IN FARBEin meinem Word-Dokument.
  • Wenn ich eine der 10 Standardfarben unterhalb der Palette anwende (aus der Reihe mit den „Regenbogenfarben“), funktioniert es einwandfrei.
  • Das Problem mit der Farbpalette tritt nur in Word auf. Wenn ich die Farbpalette in Excel verwende, funktioniert es auch einwandfrei.

Ich konnte im Internet keine funktionierende Lösung finden. (Habe erfolglos „Erleichterte Bedienung“ und „Linke Alt-Umschalttaste + Druck“ ausprobiert.)

Weiß jemand, wie man dieses Problem löst?
