Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die Größe auf eine vernünftigere Größe zu reduzieren, beispielsweise auf 1/10 bis 1/4 der tatsächlichen Größe? Ich möchte die Datei auch so belassen, wie sie im Prozess ist (das gewünschte Ergebnis befindet sich also in einer anderen Datei).

für die Einträge 136 und 247, wobei der größere 5,82 MB groß ist, scheint es, dass 1/10leichtin meiner Reichweite.
Aktualisierung 2
Ich habe es mit MediaCoder geschafft, aber da ich vorhabe, es mehrmals zu machen und es einheitlich anwenden möchte, würde ich es gern per CLI machen können; ich verwende Windows, also die Eingabeaufforderung.
Ich dachte mir, 10 MB wären eine gute Größe für 65 Sekunden und das entspricht ~17 Kbps, also wählte ich in der GUI das Nächstliegende: 15000. Dann wählte ich 3-Pass, dann MP4 für den Container und deaktivierte es zuletzt im Audio-Tab (1. Häkchen). Obwohl ich die Bitrate niedriger eingestellt hatte als berechnet, war sie am Ende größer als beabsichtigt, komisch!
