hallo, ich bekomme Bluescreens mit dem Stoppcode: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. Ich brauche Hilfe bei der Behebung, weil ich nicht verstehe, was falsch ist

Die Analyse Ihrer Absturzdatei .dmpzeigt, dass ein Hardwarefehler die Ursache ist, gibt aber keinen Hinweis auf das fehlerhafte Gerät. Nachfolgend finden Sie daher einen allgemeinen Rat zur Fehlerbehebung:

  • Durchsuchen Sie die Ereignisanzeige nach Nachrichten, die auf die Fehlerursache hinweisen können

  • Für den Fall, dass das Problem weiterhin durch die Software verursacht wird:

    • Aktualisieren Sie Windows auf die neueste Version (für Windows 10, ein Wechsel zu Windows 11 ist noch nicht erforderlich)
    • Überprüfen Sie, ob Ihre Gerätetreiber aktualisiert sind
    • Laufenchkdsk
    • Laufen Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth gefolgt von sfc /scannow
  • Überprüfen Sie die Temperatursensoren auf Überhitzung

  • Führen Sie die Windows-Speicherdiagnose aus vonStart > Windows-Speicherdiagnose (das wird einige Zeit dauern)

  • Führen Sie umfangreichere Tests durch, indem Sie MemTest86 über Nacht; dabei werden der RAM und auch die allgemeinen Funktionen getestet.
