Mein System friert ziemlich oft ein. Ich habe dieses „Einfrieren“ in zwei Fällen erlebt:
Bei der ersten Art friert plötzlich der gesamte Bildschirm ein, Tastatur und Maus sind noch beleuchtet und scheinen zu funktionieren, aber ich sehe keine Veränderung auf dem Bildschirm. Also muss ich das System neu starten. Ich kann nicht herausfinden, was das auslöst.
Die zweite Art des Einfrierens tritt auf, wenn ich die „Windows-Taste“ drücke, die alle geöffneten Seiten anzeigt. Die Anzeige friert ein, die Maus bewegt sich noch, aber ich kann nichts eingeben. Ich kann nur die Mausbewegung steuern.
Hinzu kommt, dass das System manchmal plötzlich einen Neustart durchführt. Ich bin ehrlich gesagt mit meinem Latein am Ende.
Ich habe einen brandneuen PC, keine älteren Betriebssysteme darauf, ich habe von Anfang an Fedora 39. Ich bin ein Linux-Neuling. Bitte sagen Sie mir, wo ich suchen soll. Welche Protokolle muss ich mir ansehen, um herauszufinden, ob es sich um ein Hardware- oder Softwareproblem handelt?

Ich habe das Problem gefunden. Wie ich in meiner Frage sagte, handelt es sich um einen brandneuen PC. Ich bin ein Neuling und habe nach dem Bau meines ersten PCs auf YouTube nach „Die ersten 10 Dinge, die Sie nach dem Bau Ihres PCs tun sollten“ gesucht. Raten Sie mal, was der YouTuber vorgeschlagen hat -> XMP-Speicherprofil aktivieren... All diese Abstürze, Einfrieren usw. deuteten auf ein RAM-Problem hin. Ich bin ins BIOS gegangen, habe es deaktiviert und hatte in den letzten Stunden keine Abstürze mehr. Fühlt sich großartig an. Danke an alle
