Warum steht der Kapiteltitel in der Dokumentklasse der Abschlussarbeit unter der Kapitelnummer? Ich meine, ich muss sowohl den Kapiteltitel als auch die Kapitelnummer in einer Zeile platzieren. Bildbeschreibung hier eingeben

Hier ist eine Lösung, die das Titlesec-Paket mit der expliziten Option verwendet:
