Ich habe ein Dokument wie dieses (MWE):

Und die Indexüberschrift ist anders als die anderen.
Mir ist klar, dass ich das irgendwie idxlayout(vielleicht eine eigene Style-Datei) verwenden kann. Aber bei dem Versuch ist es immer fehlgeschlagen.

Wie in Abschnitt 2.3 der idxlayoutDokumentation angegeben, indexmuss das Paket vor geladen werden idxlayout. Bei der richtigen Ladereihenfolge wird die Indexüberschrift wie andere (nicht nummerierte) Überschriften der obersten Ebene formatiert (in Ihren MWE: Kapiteln).
