Ich sehe ein seltsames Abstandsproblem mit Microtype und Hoefler Text unter XeLaTeX. Ein minimales Beispiel finden Sie unten. Beim Setzen mit XeLaTeX überlappen sich das Wort „he“ und das hervorgehobene Wort „ought“ wie hier gezeigt:
Das Problem verschwindet, wenn ich eine andere Schriftart verwende (z. B. Palatino), das Microtype-Paket lösche oder sogar den ersten Satz lösche. Ich bin für alle Erkenntnisse zur Ursache dieses Problems sehr dankbar.
