Das Problem bestand darin, dass ich eine adjustbox.styDatei in meinem Kompilierungsordner erstellt hatte (und sie dann vergessen hatte), sodass meine benutzerdefinierte Sty-Datei statt der von TeX Live gelesen wurde.

Wie David Carlisle bemerkte, zeigte das Protokoll an, dass die lokale STY-Datei gelesen wurde.
