Ich versuche eine LaTeX-Version desSystembenutzerfreundlichkeitsskaladas das Original ziemlich getreu wiedergibt. Es ähnelt grob einer Tabelle, ist aber eine ziemlich spezialisierte Version davon.
Mein eher naiver Versuch, bei dem ich den richtigen Abstand verliere

Sie könnten wohl so etwas wie das Folgende tun. Es kombiniert die Enumerate-Umgebung mit einer tabellarischen. (Unten finden Sie eine bearbeitete Version, die den neuen Befehl enthält \printtblhdr, der jetzt nach einem verwendet wird \section.)

Du kannst die ganze Tabelle mit den Zahlen 1-5 und den vertikalen und horizontalen Linien als Makro definieren (fast wie in deinem Beispiel). Dann bleibt noch, die Tabelle wie folgt zu definieren
\begin{tabular}{L{0.5\textwidth}@{\YourEarlierDefinedMacro}}
In diesem Fall @wird ein Element definiert, das in jedem Vers vorkommt.
