Ich habe das TikZ/PGF-Handbuch überflogen, aber die Antwort springt mir nicht ins Auge. Irgendwelche Vorschläge, was ich falsch mache?

Die Syntax right=of aist eine Erweiterung/ein Feature der Bibliothek positioning. Daher wird der Fehler durch das Laden der Bibliothek behoben. Füge der Präambel folgende Zeile hinzu:

\usetikzlibrary{positioning}
