Ich habe meine Frage als MWE zusammengestellt:

Ich habe seitdem herausgefunden\pageref, aber für Spalten, was den zweiten Teil meiner Frage beantwortet und effektiv eine Implementierung für \leftrightdurch vorschlägt \columnref. Aber für den ersten und \topbottomfinde ich wirklich nichts Hilfreiches.
