Tikz-Diagrammkombination (mit Dia-Ausgabe)

Question

Ich versuche, dieses Diagramm zu erstellen:

Ich habe es geschafft, die Boxen mit diesem Code zu erstellen

und beim Erstellen der Pfeile im Durchmesser konnte ich sogar den Latex-Code für die Pfeile mit einem sehr komplex generierten Code erhalten (siehe ganz am Ende, ich weiß nicht, ob ich ihn hinzufügen sollte).

Aber wenn ich beide Codes kombiniere, erhalte ich Fehler und kann das Diagramm nicht erstellen. Für jede Hilfe bin ich dankbar.
