Ihr Problem besteht darin, dass der zweite Titel/Abstract in einem platziert ist \parboxund ein \parboxnicht auf mehrere Seiten aufgeteilt werden kann. Daher wird der gesamte zweite Titel/Abstract auf die zweite Seite verschoben, da er nicht auf die erste Seite passt. Daher besteht die Lösung darin, keinen zu verwenden \parbox.
