Für Ihre Sprache ist kein Anführungszeichenstil definiert, daher verwendet csquotes einen Fallback (und warnt Sie im Protokoll!). Sie können ihn wie folgt hinzufügen (ich habe den englischen Anführungszeichenstil kopiert, aber Sie können ihn nach Belieben ändern):
