Es scheint, dass das Problem mit \InputIfFileExists in Beamer weiterhin besteht. Kompilieren:

gibt nach zwei Kompilierungen mit XeLaTeX-Kompilierung (aktuell MikTeX) eine Warnung aus (Kompilierung mit der pdfLaTeX-Engine gibt neben dieser Warnung noch vier weitere aus, auch das Ergebnis ist unterschiedlich);
LaTeX Warning: Command \InputIfFileExists has changed.
