Wenn es so etwas ist wie

Change_log.txt
lsof.base
lsof.license
lsof.man.en_US

dann müssen Sie, glaube ich, installp ausführen.

Versuchen Sie etwas wie

installp -l -d .
installp -a -c -d .

(vorausgesetzt, Sie befinden sich im entpackten lsof-Verzeichnis, andernfalls ändern Sie das Punkt-/Punktsymbol in den Namen des Verzeichnisses, in das Sie es entpackt haben)
