Die direkte Verbindung direkt zum Server macht deutlich, dass es sich um ein Problem mit dkimproxy und nicht mit Postfix handelt ...

Verwenden Sie eine Sender Map-Datei?

Sieht so aus, als ob ein Hacken des Init-Skripts notwendig ist, da das von DKIMProxy bereitgestellte Beispiel-Init-Skript --sender_map nicht durchläuft.
