Soft-Raid 1 langsam (Festplattenfehler?)

Ich betreibe einen Server mit Software Raid 1 und verwende ihn ausschließlich für Sicherungszwecke mit Idera/R1Soft. In den letzten Tagen wurden die Sicherungen extrem langsam erstellt, daher frage ich mich, ob es Probleme mit der Festplatte gibt. Ich bin mir jedoch nicht sicher, ob dies der Fall ist, also hoffe ich, dass mir jemand bei der Diagnose des Problems helfen kann.

Unten finden Sie viele Informationen zu den Datenträgern. Lassen Sie mich wissen, ob Sie noch etwas benötigen. Scheinen diese Laufwerke in Ordnung zu sein oder was scheint das Problem zu sein? Die Backup-Software speichert auf der Partition /home/, also liegt das Problem wahrscheinlich dort.

Wenn eine der Festplatten defekt ist, muss ich dem Serveranbieter einen Nachweis darüber senden. Was sende ich?

Ihr MD3-Array wird neu synchronisiert, deshalb ist es langsam. Basierend auf Ihrer Smartctl-Ausgabe wird sda bald fehlschlagen.
