Ich versuche, SQL Server 2005 Enterprise auf Windows 2003 R2 SP2 (ESXi 5.0.0-Gast) zu installieren. Nach der Installation von Abwärtskompatibilitätsdateien und vor MSXML6 erhalte ich diesen Fehler:

Es scheint, dass die Konfigurationsdatei ein Problem hat, aber was?! Wie kann ich das beheben?
PS: Der Grund für die Installation von SQL 2005 unter Windows 2003 besteht darin, dass ich eine Netzwerküberwachungsanwendung habe, die nur mit dieser Kombination funktioniert und nicht auf die neueste Version aktualisiert werden kann.
