Ich hatte genau das gleiche Problem. Nach Tagen und dem Lesen von Milliarden von Google-Suchergebnissen fand ich die Lösung:
Deaktivieren von IPv6
Bearbeiten /etc/sysctl.confund laden Sie es sysctl -panschließend mit:
net.ipv6.conf.all.disable_ipv6 = 1
net.ipv6.conf.default.disable_ipv6 = 1
Und nein, das tue ichnichtweiß, warum dies bei IPv6 fehlgeschlagen ist …
