Ich habe ein Debian 11 x64-System (Infos unten), das im Allgemeinen einwandfrei funktioniert, aber memtest
einfach einfriert. Es zeigt keine Fehler an, es bleibt nur nach etwa 40 % des Tests stehen und reagiert nicht mehr.
Ich habe alle 4 Speichermodule ausgesteckt und sie nacheinander ausprobiert, mit demselben Ergebnis.
Das ist mir aufgefallen, weil meine Virtualbox-Windows-VMs regelmäßig abstürzen. Das ist das einzige reproduzierbare Problem, das ich auf dem System finden kann. dmesg

Ich bin nicht sicher, ob es sich dabei um Speichermodule oder um einen Defekt an der Hauptplatine handelt. Wie kann ich das diagnostizieren?

Ich wollte ein paar Ideen zur Fehlerbehebung einbringen. Mögliche Probleme in der Reihenfolge: Hauptplatine, Stromversorgung, Software.
- Probieren Sie jeweils ein Speichermodul in verschiedenen Steckplätzen aus. Im Motherboardbuch steht, welchen Steckplatz Sie für ein Modul verwenden müssen. Es könnte aber ein defektes Motherboard vorhanden sein. Probieren Sie also eine Konfiguration mit zwei Modulen aus.
- Entfernen Sie während der Fehlersuche alle zusätzlichen PC-Karten und eingesteckten USB-Geräte (nur Tastatur, Maus und integrierte Grafikkarte, falls verfügbar).
- Überprüfen Sie, ob ein Firmware-Update für das Motherboard vorliegt
- Versuchen Sie es mit einer niedrigeren Speichertaktfrequenz
- Probieren Sie Live USB Ubuntu 20.04 oder 18.04 mit einem älteren Kernel
- Probieren Sie verschiedene Benchmarks und Tester aus, wie Hardinfo, Sysbench und SuperPi
- Eine schlecht geerdete Hauptplatine oder lose Stromanschlüsse können zu Problemen mit der Elektronik führen.
- Versuchen Sie, den Nouveau Nvidia-Treiber zu verwenden. Nvidia bringt mein System auf verschiedene Weise zum Absturz. Ältere Kernel und Laufwerke haben eine bessere Nvidia-Stabilität.
- Versuchen Sie KVM/Qemu und stürzt es immer noch ab?
- Deaktivieren Sie den Ruhemodus im Betriebssystem, schalten Sie den Monitor einfach manuell aus
- Probieren Sie die ältere VirtualBox aus
Teilen Sie uns mit, ob dadurch das Absturzproblem behoben werden konnte.
