E-Mails zur Anmeldebestätigung landen trotz ordnungsgemäßer Authentifizierung im Spam

Ich verwende SendGrid zum Weiterleiten von E-Mails, die über Drupal gesendet werden. Ich habe Probleme damit, dass Gmail E-Mails zur Anmeldebestätigung ausdrücklich als Spam markiert, obwohl ich DKIM, DMARC, SPF, Reverse DNS und alles andere verwende. Ich habe SendGrid so eingerichtet, dass es 2 dedizierte IPs verwendet.

Bei anderen Transaktions-E-Mails, die über dasselbe CMS gesendet werden, kommt das nicht so häufig vor (oder zumindest habe ich nicht so viele Berichte von Benutzern erhalten). Daher frage ich mich, ob es an der Kopie der E-Mail liegt (vielleicht mit den Wörtern „E-Mail“ und „Passwort“ im Betreff?).

BEARBEITEN:Nach einem weiteren Test entdeckte ich einen Fall, in dem DMARC offenbar fehlschlug:https://www.mail-tester.com/test-tri7i0dx9&reloaded=1

Ich bin nicht sicher, warum das so ist, denn die E-Mail kommt von genau derselben IP-Adresse wie die E-Mail, die DMARC passiert hat. Daher verstehe ich nicht, was falsch ist.

Jeder E-Mail-Dienstanbieter hat sein eigenes Geheimrezept zur Erkennung von Spam - SPF, DKIM und DMARC spielen dabei eine Rolle, aber sie VALIDIEREN nur DEN URSPRUNG der E-Mail. Keiner der Anbieter wird Ihnen genau sagen, wie seine Regeln funktionieren, und zwar aus zwei Gründen:

  • Es macht es für Spammer einfacher, die Regeln zu umgehen
  • Die Anbieter wissen oft nicht, wie einige ihrer Filter funktionieren

Deshalb kann dir niemand deine Frage beantworten.

Sie machen die richtigen Dinge (obwohl Ihr RMX ein bisschen kitschig ist – andererseits können Sie das nicht ändern, da es von Sendgrid + dem Hosting von Sendgrid gesteuert wird/RMX veraltet ist, obwohl es von einigen Anbietern immer noch verwendet wird).

Das einzige was mir hier auffällt,könnteHilfe der IPR ist das Hinzufügen einerAbmelde-Header.
