Nicht privilegierter Ping6 funktioniert nicht

Ich versuche, meinen CentOS v7-Server dazu zu bringen, IPv6 auszuführen. Root funktioniert, es kann mit „ping6 ipv6.google.com“ pingen, und ifconfig sieht großartig aus; ich sehe die Zeilen:

Aber als nicht privilegierter Benutzer kann ich IPv6 nicht anpingen und sehe die Inet6-Adressen nicht in ifconfig.

Was ist los? Warum können meine Benutzer nicht dieselben Schnittstellen sehen, die auf dieselbe Weise wie Root eingerichtet sind?
