Habe einen Dell Desktop Alienware i7 Hex-Core R7 Windows 10-Computer gekauft, der mit der kabelgebundenen/kabellosen Bluetooth-Karte Killer 1535 geliefert wird.
Habe es mit nach Hause genommen und 16.04 installiert.
Während der Installation erkannte Ubuntu weder meine Kabelverbindung noch das Signal der drahtlosen Route.
Nach einer DVD/CD-Installation erfolgt weiterhin keine Interneterkennung.
Auch die Online-Hilfe hat bisher nicht geholfen.Nicht einmal Killers eigener Link.

Ein erneuter Download und eine erneute Installation haben das Problem gelöst.
Mein Computer ist die neueste Version des Dell i7 Aurora R7 mit einer Killer 1535 Ethernet-Karte (kabelgebunden/kabellos/Bluetooth). Eine ein Jahr alte Version funktionierte nicht. Ein neuer Download und eine neue Installation haben jedoch geholfen!!

Ich denke, Sie sollten ein Cat 5e-Kabel (blaues Ethernet mit RJ-45-Enden) nehmen und es zwischen Ihrem Laptop und dem Router anschließen. Hoffentlich haben Sie eine separate Ethernet-Karte und es ist keine kombinierte kabelgebundene/kabellose/Bluetooth-Karte, wie man Ihnen glauben gemacht hat.
