das ist nach meinem letzten Systemupdate passiert … das Gleiche nach dem Neustart und/oder einem weiteren Systemupdate … irgendwelche Ideen?

Als vorübergehende Problemumgehung: Löschen Sie alle Dateien unter /var/crash/. Dies ist keine langfristige oder mittelfristige Lösung, aber für den Anfang besser als nichts.

alte, veraltete Lösung, siehe unten UPDATE für einen besseren Ansatz
Schalten Sie einfach den außer Kontrolle geratenen Dienst abapport
sudo systemctl disable apport-autoreport
# sudo apt-get purge apport # avoid it works yet is too heavy handed
sudo apt-get purge apport-noui
Nach einem Neustart war die CPU-Auslastung von Systemd jedoch normal
tracker-miner-fs
war mit 100% CPU auch nach einem weiteren Neustart, so dass ich ausgegeben
gsettings set org.freedesktop.Tracker.Miner.Files crawling-interval -2
gsettings set org.freedesktop.Tracker.Miner.Files enable-monitors false
echo y | LANG=en tracker reset --hard
nun ist alles gut
