Ich habe mcversucht, curl und Postfix in der Shell zu installieren: apt-get install curl postfix. Ein Konfigurationsdialog für Postfix erschien und nachdem ich zweimal Strg-o (MC ein-/ausblenden) gedrückt hatte, konnte ich die Konfigurationsnachricht nicht mehr lesen, also beendete ich MC mit F10. Der apt-get-Prozess existierte noch und ich beendete ihn mit sudo kill xxxx. Jetzt funktioniert apt-get nicht mehr.
ich habe es versuchtapt-get -f install

und andere Lösungen, die in verschiedenen Fragen vorgestellt wurden (Frage 1,Fragebogen,Drittes Quartal): apt-get purge postfix, apt-get --reinstall install postfix, dpkg --pending --configure.
Eine sehr ähnliche Frage (Duplikat?) istFehler in Postfix, aber es gibt keine Antwort.
Wie kann ich den Paketmanager reparieren? Mein Betriebssystem ist Debian Jessie.

Das manuelle Entfernen von Konfigurationsdateien hat funktioniert:
rm /var/lib/dpkg/info/postfix.*
apt-get purge postfix
