contribno es una sección válida para los mirrors oficiales de ubuntu, de ahí el mensaje críptico que contrib/source/Sourcesno se puede encontrar.
repo.yandex.runo es oficial listado enhttps://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+archivemirrors. La non-freesección de ese espejo no contiene archivos binarios ni fuentes. Si desea utilizar el espejo Yandex, utilicemirror.yandex.ru.
Además, falta la lista de fuentes de su repositorio, security.ubuntu.comlo que puede provocar retrasos en las actualizaciones de seguridad.
Debes configurar las fuentes de tu repositorio al menos en:
