El resultado sudo rfkill listmuestra que su tarjeta de red está "bloqueada suavemente".

Esto podría suceder cuando se ha indicado a la tarjeta inalámbrica que se apague; probablemente se deba a un interruptor de tipo Fn+.

Si no identifica el interruptor del teclado, realice los siguientes pasos:

  1. ejecutar en una terminal:

    sudo rfkill unblock hp-wifi; sudo rfkill unblock wifi; sudo rfkill unblock all

  2. Vuelva a ejecutar sudo rfkill listpara confirmar que la tarjeta ha sido desbloqueada.

  3. reiniciar

  4. Vuelva a ejecutarlo sudo rfkill listpara confirmar que el desbloqueo se ha conservado.

  5. Vuelva a ejecutar sudo lshw -class network: ahora debería ver que el kernel ha reconocido (o no) la tarjeta inalámbrica.

Si el módulo del kernel inalámbrico ha sido reconocido (no debería decir "no reclamado"), Network Manager ahora debería poder ver las redes inalámbricas que están disponibles en sus alrededores.
