Sólo por curiosidad... pensé que sería un buen archivo para leer con todos mis privilegios administrativos y no... LOL. No se abre porque Ubuntu no puede identificar el tipo de archivo.
No te preocupes, no lo voy a cambiar, lo prometo.

¿"No se abre"? ¿Cómo intentas abrirlo? Aquí hay algunos comandos que utilicé en mi sistema:

Es un archivo simple de solo texto. Puedes leerlo ejecutando
sudo less /etc/sudoers.d/README
Este archivo no es realmente tan importante para el funcionamiento del sistema, por lo que si lo editas no es gran cosa.
