Paso 1. Comprueba tu conexión a Internet. Si es malo, cambie a un espejo local. También verifique si su dispositivo está configurado correctamente para conectarse a Internet.

Paso 2. elimine todos los PPA e intentesudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade

Paso 3. Intente cambiar manualmente xeniala bionicin /etc/apt/sources.listy todos los archivos en etc/apt/sources.dy luego sudo apt update. No he probado esto antes porque es la "forma Debian", pero debería funcionar. Aunque como precaución debes hacer una copia de seguridad de tus archivos.
