Error 403 de Django mod_wsgi Apache Prohibido en Ubuntu 22.04

Question

Django mod_wsgi en la aplicación Apache funciona bien en Ubuntu 20.04 y versiones anteriores con la configuración mencionada a continuación, pero cuando hago la misma configuración en Ubuntu 22.04 aparece el error 403 Prohibido. y Permiso denegado: mod_wsgi en el registro de errores.

Intenté cambiar el permiso en todos los archivos y no funciona.
